All Aboard the Ivy House Express!
Ivy House School, located in Derby have transformed a historic train carriage into a fully functioning library for all their students to enjoy!
On Tuesday, they held their 'Ivy House Express Grand Opening', where students, parents, staff and special visitors came together for the special moment and Baasit Siddiqui, as seen on Channel 4 Gogglebox, officially opened this fantastic NEW facility!
It’s a truly magical carriage where stories come to life, where their students can escape into wonderful stories, and where reading becomes an adventure. Traditional libraries can be overwhelming or inaccessible for many of their students, but this immersive space offers a calm, engaging, and sensory-friendly way to explore the magic of storytelling.
It looks AMAZING!✨ Well done to everyone involved for creating such a wonderful space for Ivy House students!
