We aim to ensure that all students attending our schools benefit from an excellent education in a supportive environment.
Our staff team uphold the highest standards to continually influence and motivate our students to be the best that they can be. Each schools unique approach to the national curriculum ensures that all students are able to experience a well-rounded education that provides more than just academic knowledge. From animal care and horticulture, to STEM and computing, our top-of-the-range facilities enable students to partake in a wealth of subjects that may not otherwise be available to them.
The wide mix of schools within our Trust family further enhances our provision by enabling us to not only create a community of professionals with variety of experience and specialist knowledge, but also provide rich collaborative opportunities to students and staff spanning across our range of schools.
Further adding to the community feeling within our school network, the inclusive nature of our family enables a diverse mix of students to work together – no matter their age, ability or background – which positively contributes to the personal growth and social development of our students.
To aid the development of well-rounded and respectful students, our academies accept their responsibility to make sure every student is equipped to take their next steps after education. We offer a range of support that addresses life beyond school, develops students' independence and helps them to prepare for their exciting next steps in life.
Our schools work in partnership with local businesses and the wider community to provide students with insightful work experience opportunities, as well as regular class visitors and mentors who provide students with an understanding of real life work prospects and problems.
We are proud of the highly talented staff members working within both the central team and across our schools.
To support our employees in maintaining this level of excellence and help them to achieve their career goals, we offer regular upskilling and training opportunities, no matter their role or level of leadership.
The well-crafted continuous professional development (CPD) we provide benefits not only the individual staff member, but their profession, the organisation, and most importantly the students and young people in our schools too.
To enable all our employees to easily access quality CPD, we established the Institution of Education which provides a wide range of training and research-based opportunities aimed at continually developing staff knowledge and practice. These sessions cover a variety of teaching and operational topics, from curriculum development and leadership skills, to premises management and first aid.
We also encourage collaboration within and between our academies, creating a community of professionals who share a wide range of valuable experience and specialist knowledge. This is supported through our creation of a network of ‘hubs’ across our schools, covering all teaching subjects and operational areas. Our regular hub meetings enable staff members to stay up-to-date with latest guidance and skills, as well as collaborate and practice share with others from different school settings.
As members of our Trust family, our employees receive a range of benefits, including:
