4. High expectations for pupil behaviour, resulting in a significant reduction in challenging incidents.

5. A well-considered provision for pupils' broader development, promoting understanding of diversity and respect for others.

The school's motto, "sowing the seeds of success," is evident in its commitment to preparing pupils for later life and fostering high aspirations. Pupils are encouraged to "be ready, be respectful, be safe," and they enthusiastically embrace these values.
