Welcome To Veganuary 2024! For those that don’t know, Veganuary has been created to encourage people to embrace a plant-based lifestyle for the full duration of January. It's not just about skipping animal products; it's a movement that promotes compassion, health, and sustainability. By taking part in Veganuary, individuals get the chance to explore the wonderful world of plant-based eating, discovering delicious alternatives that are not only kinder to animals but also better for our planet.

The University of Oxford calculated that if 350,000 people do Veganuary this year, they will save 160,000 cars worth of greenhouse emissions.

Also, by participating in Veganuary, you will, on average, have avoided eating around 929 grams of meat a week.
