In celebration of Alison's journey as an apprentice at Shaw Education Trust, we're delighted to spotlight her experience during National Apprenticeship Week. Alison embarked on her Level 4 Associate Project Manager Apprenticeship journey with Ixion on October 2023 and is due to complete it in 2025.
As an Assistant Project Manager within the Estates Team, Alison brings enthusiasm and dedication to her role. Her typical day involves a dynamic mix of tasks, from liaising with contractors to engaging with stakeholders and refining management plans. Her passion for project management shines through as she embraces every opportunity to learn and grow within the Trust.
Throughout her apprenticeship, Alison has received invaluable support from her training provider and colleagues. Monthly online workshops, one-to-one meetings, and upcoming exam prep sessions which will all contribute to her success on this journey.
