We are an innovative, and creative multi academy trust which places high achievement at the heart of all we do. We believe every child should have exceptional opportunities not limited by their background, their ability, or their starting point. Academically gifted students should have the wings to fly; those with different talents given the keys to success; while those facing barriers to success, enabled to have supported choice to create their best futures.

At Shaw, we focus on harnessing the power of people to affect positive change for our communities. We work with children, leaders, and teachers to create the very best opportunities for all their futures. There is no better, nor more rewarding job than working with young people - no greater buzz than watching children achieve beyond their own expectation. The joy of celebrating the inconceivable and accomplishing the incredible cannot be beaten. This is inherent in our DNA; it’s what makes us tick. Far too often education becomes competitive; combative; driven by league tables and fear driven.
