Ernie the Elf had an amazing day with Duccio and Alex from the finance department as they dove into the school finances to uncover which schools were shining bright on the NICE list!

The trio started their day by analysing budgets and expenditures, sipping on hot cocoa while pouring over spreadsheets. Ernie, ever the playful elf, couldn’t resist a little mischief. In a moment of cheeky fun, he decided to tweak some figures, creating a deficit budget that had everyone gasping in shock! 

But fear not! With a twinkle in his eye, Ernie quickly set things right. He waved his magic wand (or was it just a pencil?) and corrected the numbers, restoring order to the financial chaos. “Phew! That was close!” Duccio laughed, while Alex shook his head in disbelief at Ernie’s antics.
