In her thirty years of teaching, Ingrid has honed extensive leadership and management skills. She obtained her first Headship in April 2015. The role demands clear strategic leadership and concise monitoring and evaluation for whole school improvement.
Ingrid has examined aspects of teaching and learning in Sweden (October 2000) Bangladesh (April 2007) and Australia (July 2010). These study visits have been invaluable in developing her knowledge of pedagogy, lesson design and monitoring processes. She was an Additional Inspector for six years with Tribal. Her dedication and dynamism to education is unquestioned. She brings to all tasks a desire to improve standards. Finally she believes whole-heartedly in the capacity of young people for learning.
